Although Susan has worked in the corporate and entertainment worlds, she has always had a passion for real estate from building and investing in her own properties to helping others find and develop their dream home. Currently, she holds a real estate license in both Hawaii and California. While in Hawaii she became a top realtor for Coldwell Banker and then moved on to heading a Vacation Rental company as well as serving as VP of Marketing for Elite Pacific Properties, the #1 Luxury Real Estate company on the Hawaiian Islands where she worked with over 200 realtors and helped expand the brand to cover Vacation Rentals, Property Management and Project Developments. When Susan and her husband moved to Los Angeles they fell in love with the Westlake Village / North Ranch areas and Susan immediately became very active in the community writing for North Ranch Magazine covering all that is taking place "Around Town" each month and becoming involved in numerous charitable causes including supporting animal rescue missions. She also currently serves as an Ambassador for both the Conejo Valley Chamber of Commerce and the Moorpark Chamber of Commerce. For real estate, Susan now covers the entire Conejo Valley which includes communities such as: Westlake Village, North Ranch, Thousand Oaks, Agoura, Newbury Park, Camarillo, Moorpark, Simi Valley, Los Angeles, and Malibu.
